Microsoft has brought forth their version of the Augmented glasses with the Holo Lens eyewear with all the same functions that your pop up display would showcase. The ability to perform many of the same functions that your heads-up display is able to perform now can be done with the Mini augmented vision-ware. The ability to receive and view directions makes it easier to arrive at your destination as well as to knowing when you will arrive to your destination. The glasses are also able to make sure that you know of various places to stop along the way which makes traveling easier and more convenient for those who do not want or like to stop for directions.
The other added benefit of the eyewear is that it will let you know what the speed limit is where you are driving at the moment and will let you know when you have exceeded that speed limit or when you are getting close to it. The same eyewear is able to tell you and inform you of a text message that comes in on your phone and can all you to answer the call or text within instead of taking your hands off the wheel which could lead to accidents or worse, death because you looked down and answered. The ability of reading the message to you is what makes this device great for saving lives and time.
