The world of technology in which we live has seriously helped the disabled, handicapped, and impaired. A new SmartWatch concept design called the SmartCall is yet another way that technology might be able to help these people better communicate. In this post, we will tell you a bit more about this concept design. We will also tell you who can use it. Lastly, we will go over a few of the specs and features of this watch. This might just be something to help one of your loved ones.

What Is It?

The SmartCall is a SmartWatch that will connect with the user’s GPS signal and their Bluetooth on their mobile device. Whenever the wearer receives a call, the watch will vibrate. The wearer can then use the watch itself to pick up a call and/or reply to the other user. These watches can also be used to make phone calls and send alerts, as well. GPS is used to also let the users receiving an incoming call to know which direction said call is coming from. This can be very helpful if you are trying to meet-up with someone. People without SmartCall can call the device from their phones, too.

Who Can Use It?

One of the reasons that this device is so neat is that both impaired and not impaired users can easily use this device. Both users can be impaired. Or, only one of the users might be impaired. Either way, this is most certainly a great device for people to communicate with one another. And it is not just individuals who can use the SmartCall. You can also use it to alert of contact a specific group of people with a touch of a button using Bluetooth.

Features and More

The SmartCall is made of lightweight, slightly bendable plastic. It features a small, square screen to show alerts, incoming calls, etc. In addition to a well-marked power button on the front, the SmartCall also features two buttons to make calls or send alerts. One will send an alert to an individual. The other will alert a group of people. The user just has to press either button to do one or the other. To locate the direction of an alert being sent, an arrow will appear on the screen and flash in the direction that the alert is coming from.
