What Is a Supermoto?
The Supermoto is a bike design that combines the best of off-road and on-road motorbike design. Eyal himself has said that the design is meant to cater to the urban rider, specifically. When looking at this bike, you might notice that it looks surprisingly geometric compared to other bikes. Again, the designer has created the bike from a simple, singly geometric shape. In comparison to other similar bikes, this one is designed to be easily drivable even at slower speeds, perfect for city dwellers traveling short distances. The smaller size also makes it easy to park in even the tightest spots.
Totally Customizable
The most exciting thing about the Supermoto is that the owner can totally customize how their bike looks. Not only that, but they can change it at any time they like. Various inserts are included with (or can be ordered for) the bike. These inserts slip into two, clear, plastic frames that then snap onto the two sides of your bike. Change these inserts based on your mood, the day of the week, the holiday, or just because you want to. A small lip of color underneath the seat of the bike can also be changed to coordinate with your new insert and new look.
What Sets It Apart
We love the sleek, modern look of this bike. The geometric design is a definite departure from other bike designs that we have seen, recently. We also love its size, how easy it is for the city dweller to get around on it, ease of parking, and more. Most of all, as you would expect, we love that the rider can truly make their bike their own using their own inserts.
